"The beginning of 2023."
What is your favorite workout?
"Probably an EMOM or any workout that has multiple different exercises or stations."
What type of exercise were you doing before Five Forks Athletics?
"HIIT style workouts at a gym called F45."
What are your health and fitness goals and have you achieved any of those goals, how’s it going so far?
"I want to get stronger and gain more muscle. I had never really done some of these exercises before like deadlifts or front rack squats. I am lifting heavier each week thanks to Jonathan and I’m working on handstands, pull ups, and toes to bar-it’s going well so far!"
Has Five Forks Athletics affected your life outside the gym?
"Yes-all the people I work out with at 6am have become friends and I look forward to coming in the mornings. I feel like im stronger and more fit to play in my soccer games as well."
Do you have any other special memories or achievements during your time here?
"I think, just in general, I’ve enjoyed working out here-each evofit workout is different and challenging so there is never any monotony in our workouts. I like going up in weight in an exercise or achieving something I haven’t done before."
