"The sled is my friend."
What type of exercise were you doing before Five Forks Athletics?
"My goals were simply just to get in better health, athletic and generally just feeling good again. So far, I have achieved all those goals and continuing to improve. I have lost 20 pounds! Dropped from 210 to 190 and feel 10 years younger!"
What are your health and fitness goals and have you achieved any of those goals, how’s it going so far?
"Five forks Athletics has definitely changed my life inside and outside like I’ve never experienced before and continuing to do so. Feeling better, eating better, and looking better! It has been amazing experience!"
Has Five Forks Athletics affected your life outside the gym?
"Oh, where do I start. So many memories and achievements I have with Jonathan who is absolutely amazing trainer, a friend and now a brother! And meeting the rest of the crew who are just fantastic people! Brittany, Senior, Matthew, Rachel, Jake, Ben, Hudson, Tyler, Ashley and everyone!"
Do you have any other special memories or achievements during your time here?
"Most of all, I think it was how I was welcomed in by all of you that meant the most!!!"
