Born and raised in New York, I grew up as a very active kid. I played sports my whole childhood and throughout high school. After learning quickly, through the freshman 15 in college, that routine was key to maintaining a healthy life style, I turned to running to stay in shape and learned how to pay more attention to the food I was putting in my body. Running has always been therapeutic to me and something I enjoy but after college, I was introduced to CrossFit and since then my life has never been the same. CrossFit has allowed me to be part of a team again. It has given me a place to push myself out of my comfort zone, learn that you can accomplish almost anything with practice and dedication, and not matter what is going on in life outside the gym, the gym is a place where I can go and work on myself.
I am extremely passionate about fitness, and the benefits it has on a person’s overall life both physically and mentally. I enjoy helping people find a healthy lifestyle that works for them and helping my clients feel empowered and motivated to reach their goals. Personal Training has always been something I have wanted to do and I am so grateful to be a part of the Five Forks Athletics team to help our members make positive changes to their lives. It starts with accountability and I am always willing to invest my time and energy 110% into my clients especially when I see they are willing to put in the effort. My job is to help keep you motivated and focused on your goals. I realize life will always be hectic and there will always be obstacles that get in the way of the time you try to set aside to focus on ourselves but with the right discipline, cheer-leading and dedication, we can find the time together and develop a clear path to get you where you want to be!
