We often run Group nutrition challenges where a meal template is provided. Or we can make it more personal with Nutrition counseling. This would be where we give a individualized macro-nutrient breakdown and have you follow up with accountability through weekly weigh ins, body scans on our awesome body scanner, and food logs.
