"I started evofit in September 2021"
What is your favorite workout?
"My favorite workout is any kind of EMOM or air squats. Recently I am liking deadlifts and weightlifting workouts."
What type of exercise were you doing before Five Forks Athletics?
"I always play outdoor sports like cricket, racket ball, volleyball and soccer. I was not much into any gym exercises before."
What are your health and fitness goals and have you achieved any of those goals, how’s it going so far?
"My goal is always to stay fit, gain strength and increase stamina, which will help to play more sports outdoors. Yes I have achieved the goal to stay fit overall. It’s going good!"
Has Five Forks Athletics affected your life outside the gym?
"Yes, Five Forks Athletics affected my confidence. I started eating healthy food and have increased focus on work."
Do you have any other special memories or achievements during your time here?
"I have always wanted to do elbow planks, wall-sit and handstand hold for more than 2 minutes. I have achieved all three goals after a lot of practice."
