Spring Into Summer

Coach Jess (CFL1) is offering a six week Intro to Fitness class called, “Spring into Summer.”

In this bootcamp style class

  •  Nutrition specific to women’s health and hormonal needs.
  •  Wellness as the foundation of health.
  • Intro to strength training and conditioning offering women a foundation of fitness from which to build. We will increase confidence in the gym while using tried and true scientific measurables to improve overall fitness and get RESULTS just in time for summer fun!

Break, June 9th - 13th
